Greg Mason is director and founder of Gippsland insurance Group. With over 20 years experience working with some of the largest Insurance companies in the world, Greg brings a fresh and professional approach to insurance and his clients needs. His team is commercially savvy and have the capabilities to ensure you obtain the highest level of professional advice and expertise.

Although Greg’s work has been based predominately in regional Australia, he services accounts across Australia, and has a deep understanding of the issues and challenges facing regional towns and major cities. He's passionate about developing new and innovative ways of providing information and expertise to his customers.

Teagan started in 2005 in the Insurance industry focusing more on Commercial And Rural lines. At Gippsland Insurance, Teagan's main focus is Commercial Business Quoting and maintaining our Commercial Business line and prides herself on providing quality advice with Genuine care for her clients. Teagan Has a wealth of experience across all lines of business, commercial, rural and personal Insurance, for her its all about building a strong rapport with her clients to ensure all their insurance requirements are met.

Bianca is Greg’s wife and does most of the heavily lifting with regard to our administration systems here at Gippsland Insurance Group. Having worked with Greg from day one, Bianca understands the lofty standards the group has in place to meet our clients requirements and needs.

Bianca has worked extremely hard to learn about the diverse nature of our insurance products and will soon be taking on a more prominent insurance position within our broking team. Like the broking group in general, Bianca is a focused on providing the most suited and competitive products for our clients and is intent on making the business a true local force in insurance.

Danielle works from our Traralgon office and is in charge of making sure our existing domestic account runs smoothly and that clientele have access to the best possible covers and option at renewal time. With over 10 years in the Insurance industry, she has both the experience and the eye for detail, that gives peace of mind that all clients are in good hands.

Kayla commenced with Gippsland Insurance Group in Mid 2022. She brings with her a vast Level of experience in Customer service and knowledge of Many industries, this is no doubt the reason she’s hit the ground running. Looking after our domestic Clients, She’s the one to see for your House and Car insurance needs and is bound to impress. We are looking at bringing Kayla into the Farm and Business areas of the business in the near future. Handling all the incoming work and queries she’s right onto the little things that allow your insurance coverage to continue without any hiccups. She’s often working the phones to get the paperwork you need back as fast as possible. With a happy and pleasant approach to customer service she’s the first impression that Gippsland insurance were looking for.

Tiannen Started in Mid 2021 and headed straight into the role of Claim Specialist, working with you throughout the claims process (with the assistance of the Senior brokering team). Everything from lodgement to settlement is looked after by Tiannen. With her friendly can-do attitude, she will ensure the smoothest possible claims experience. Also learning the Brokering side of the business at present will allow further development of her overall knowledge and create other opportunities for her to assist within the brokering team.
